Neweast Isuzu is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage and oversee fleet operations in Riyadh, focusing on delivering outstanding service and supporting our sales team. We require a dynamic individual with a strong knowledge of vehicle fleet management and sales processes to ensure that our fleet is fully operational, well-maintained, and aligned with our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are available for demonstrations, deliveries, and client needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align fleet management with sales objectives.
  • Ensure fleet vehicles are well-maintained and regularly serviced for optimal condition.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, monitor stock levels, and track usage.
  • Liaise with sales managers to plan vehicle availability aligned with sales campaigns and seasonal demand.
  • Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and service records.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
  • Prepare fleet-related budgets and provide sales forecasts.
  • Train and supervise fleet staff to maintain high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet management or a related sales role.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (preferred).
