Job Opportunities - Chef
Outad Al-Dar Company announces its need for:
  • Executive Chef
  • Pastry Chef
to join the team.

🔹 Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute recipes according to operational standards.
  • Monitor the quality of the final product (taste, texture, appearance).
  • Commit to applying food safety and personal hygiene systems.
  • Follow expiration dates and storage methods (FIFO / FEFO).
  • Report any deviations in quality.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and sanitizing programs.
  • Collaborate with the quality department to determine calorie counts and allergens for products and comply with the regulations of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.
  • Standardize recipes and criteria with the team.
  • Propose new products and recipes for approval by management.
  • Any other tasks within the job scope.

🔹 Required Qualifications:
  • Pastry Chef: At least 5 years of experience.
  • Executive Chef: At least 7 years of experience (including at least two years in supervision).
  • Diploma or vocational training in cooking or baking arts (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of HACCP or food safety (additional advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
  • Presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (preferred but not required).
