Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage floor service during assigned shifts to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor table status and service timing in coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and supervise front-of-house staff.
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coaching and training of staff to uphold FAENA's hospitality standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume upscale dining environment.
  • Forbes 5 Star hotel experience is highly advantageous.
  • Proven leadership and exceptional guest interaction skills.
  • Familiarity with POS and reservation management systems.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Monitor and maintain smooth operation of his/her specific area.
  • Responsible for linking all facets of service, cuisine, and entertainment.
  • Overall recruit, staff and schedule ensuring adequate staffing levels to satisfy guest needs.
  • Identify training needs & conduct training, coach team performance and monitor grooming standards.

  • Luxury five star experience necessary.

  • Excellent leader and trainer with strong motivational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understands international luxury travelers and their needs.

Essential Physical Abilities:
  • Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
  • Ability to grasp, bend, stoop, lift, push or pull heavy loads, and lift and/or carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
