As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead the full operations of a high-volume, upscale casual dining restaurant within a resort and entertainment environment. Your main focus will be on ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service aligned with resort expectations, monitor guest feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, conduct briefings, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Financial Management: Achieve revenue and cost targets, analyze financial statements, and collaborate with the finance team for cost-control initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of all team members while fostering a positive work culture.
  • Sales, Marketing & Promotions: Support marketing strategies and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Quality & Brand Standards: Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Administration & Reporting: Prepare operational reports and manage documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5–7 years in F&B operations with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in upscale casual dining within luxury hotels or resorts.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of service standards and financial acumen.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations and proficiency in POS systems.
