Job Purpose:
The Restaurant Manager is the driving force behind the venue’s operational success, guest experience, and team performance. This role leads the day-to-day operations of one of our signature venues, ensuring memorable dining moments while maintaining profitability and compliance.

Duties & Functions:
  • Deliver a consistently elevated and dynamic guest experience in line with SLS brand values.
  • Maintain a constant presence during service and cultivate strong guest relationships.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints swiftly.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Ensure outlet ambiance and service delivery meet brand standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
  • Liaise with Engineering and Housekeeping to maintain luxury standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ensure team members are trained in service standards.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of service standards and financial acumen.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations and proficiency in POS systems.
