About the Role
As an Area Sales Manager at Mindfield Resources, you will play a crucial role in managing regional sales and driving growth across Tabuk and surrounding areas. Our client, a well-established name in the food and FMCG distribution sector, is looking for a hands-on sales leader to lead their sales operation in the Northern region.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales operation in Northern KSA.
- Manage a field sales team and build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA customers.
- Ensure consistent growth in volume and market share.
- Work closely with the supply chain to maintain cold chain integrity and manage performance metrics and market feedback.

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in chilled, frozen, dairy, or fresh categories.
- Strong knowledge of Tabuk and Northern KSA wholesale and retail landscape.
- Experience managing and motivating field teams.
- Ability to handle delivery schedules, stock levels, and meet customer expectations.
- Arabic fluency is essential; English is a plus.
