Job Purpose:
Assist in delivering exceptional service by coordinating logistics, managing guest interactions, and ensuring service quality across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Reservations team and service providers to ensure accurate bookings.
• Develop guest-facing communications to enhance experiences.
• Process bookings and manage inquiries through various channels.
• Provide warm welcomes and assist with arrivals and special needs.
• Document and update guest information accurately.
• Participate in alignment and management meetings to address operational issues.
• Analyze guest feedback to propose service improvements.

Join Jayasom Wellness Resort Amaala as a Fitness Trainer!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Fitness Trainer to support our Motion Team Leaders in delivering exceptional wellness services and activities. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of training, guest services, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training for the Motion team, managing schedules and training materials.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to set goals and maintain quality service.
• Assess team skills and conduct engaging training sessions.
• Support the development and delivery of classes, workshops, and innovative programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and suggest program enhancements.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and readiness of equipment and inventory.
• Manage guest queries and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications Required:

• BSc/BA in Sports Science or equivalent with CPR certification.
• Personal Training and Group Classes certifications, minimum 200h YTTC including Flying Yoga preferred.
• Proven experience in the fitness industry, especially in luxury resorts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and additional languages a plus.
• Experience working with multicultural teams is essential.
