We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to support our executive team with comprehensive administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Office.
- Coordinate complex international travel, meetings, agendas, and guest arrangements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in driving pre-opening readiness, including documentation and logistics coordination.
- Support project rollouts related to brand compliance and operational readiness.
- Track action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize high-profile visits and VIP guest engagements.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Prepare high-level presentations and reports.
- Manage contracts and supplier communications relevant to Executive Office projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
