Join Hilton as a Purchasing ManagerAs a Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the hotel's procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and purchase goods that meet the highest standards for our guests.
Your Responsibilities:- Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and ensure optimal product sourcing.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of local contracts with suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure adherence to Hilton’s purchasing policies.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to draft the annual budget.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and analyze purchasing trends.
- Supervise the operation of stores and uphold health and safety standards.
- Prepare month-end accounts reports in a timely manner.
What We Are Looking For:You should bring relevant experience in purchasing or procurement and possess strong financial acumen.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the hotel/leisure sector.
