Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesAs the Executive Housekeeper, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Staff: Overseeing housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and service standards.
- Quality Control: Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to maintain hotel standards.
- Training and Development: Training new employees and providing ongoing training opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Managing cleaning supplies and ordering as needed.
- Guest Interaction: Responding to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules for optimal coverage.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health regulations and conducting regular safety training.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on housekeeping activities and maintenance issues.
- Budget Management: Assisting in managing the housekeeping budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in housekeeping operations.
What We Need From YouWe are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
- 23 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with an international luxury hotel chain
- GCC exposure
- Fluency in English (Arabic is preferred)
