Join CATRION as a Security ManagerAs a prominent player in the hospitality industry, CATRION is seeking a Security Manager to oversee all security-related matters within the assigned area. Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the Security Director.
- Supervise and control all security tasks and maintenance of equipment.
- Establish clear communication lines and empower subordinates with clear directions.
- Monitor staff performance and security operations, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Communicate with security authorities and participate in meetings as required.
- Assist in the preparation and control of the department's budget.
- Analyze security performance data and develop improvement plans.
- Investigate security incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8 years of experience in security management.
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Experience in managing personnel resources, motivating teams, and customer service.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in report writing.
- Relevant security training certifications.
