Join Our Team as a Salesperson in Jeddah!
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused salesperson to join our retail team in Jeddah. This role is essential in driving in-store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers proactively to identify needs and present products.
Meet individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support effective selling.
Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Support merchandising and visual presentation standards.
Assist with inventory activities and stock counts.
Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to support promotions and events.
Adhere to company policies and health and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering a positive shopping experience.
Proficiency in cash-handling and comfortable using POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Proficiency in Arabic and basic English communication preferred.
