Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to test, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of home appliances, including air conditioning, refrigeration systems, electrical, and electromechanical components, as well as small home appliances.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply technical knowledge to test, repair, and install air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, and electromechanical products at both the service center and customer locations.
- Perform service tasks in a timely manner, following product specifications and service manuals.
- Request and coordinate required spare parts to complete repairs efficiently.
- Accurately document spare parts usage in repair reports and company systems.
- Test repaired or installed units to ensure optimal performance under real operating conditions.
- Obtain customer confirmation on product performance after completing home service repairs.
- Collect service fees from customers and submit them to the service center within the same or next working day.
- Visit customer locations to diagnose issues and perform on-site repairs.
Qualifications:- Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a related field.
- Proven experience in repairing home appliances.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
Experience Required: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
