Branch Operations Manager Required

For a store specializing in marine activities and fishing equipment – Jeddah 📍

We are looking for a leadership-oriented and practical person to be responsible for managing and operating the main branch, serve as an excellent face of the store with refined dealings and a smile with customers, and be capable of organizing the team and raising the level of operations and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily management and operation of the branch.
\n
• Monitoring employees and organizing the workflow within the branch.
\n
• Resolving customer issues and dealing with them professionally.
\n
• Monitoring discipline and service quality.
\n
• Managing a multinational team and dealing firmly and respectfully.
\n
• Monitoring wholesale sales and commercial customers.
\n
• Supervising the cash register and closing daily accounts.
\n
• Coordinating with warehouses and following up on shortages and orders.
\n
• Submitting performance and sales reports to management.
\n

• Able to handle work pressure and manage the team.

• Previous experience in branch management or operations.
