Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and managing the welcome experience.
• Handling reservation systems and addressing guest inquiries.
• Coordinating with the service team to provide efficient and exceptional service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and ambiance in the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and friendly communication.
• Organizational skills for managing reservations.
• Attention to detail in maintaining hospitality standards.
• Professionalism in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
• English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, but not required.
• Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
