With over six decades of serving our community, we aim to create a secure and enjoyable aquatic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Surveillance and Prevention: Maintain constant oversight of pool areas, enforce safety rules, and ensure guest security.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly in emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
- Guest Assistance: Help guests safely use the pool and inform them of facility rules.
- Rules Enforcement: Address unsafe behaviors, ensuring compliance with pool guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect rescue equipment and report malfunctions.
- Communication: Work collaboratively with other lifeguards and staff.
- Training and Drills: Participate in regular training to stay updated on lifeguarding techniques.
- Crowd Control: Manage guest numbers to adhere to safety capacity limits.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist in keeping the pool area clean and organized.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of attendance and incidents.
Desired Skills and Expertise:- Saudi National or Expat
- At least 2 years of experience in a 4/5-star hotel
- Saudi Swimming Federation Certificate
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Current qualifications in first aid and CPR
