Job Summary:As a Waiter at Shangri-La Jeddah, you will not only greet and serve our esteemed guests but also ensure they enjoy a memorable dining experience. Your role will involve:
- Understanding the menu and dishes prepared.
- Providing menu suggestions to guests.
- Taking orders and serving with love and care.
- Creating memorable guest experiences and 'wow' moments.
- Preparing the restaurant for service.
- Coordinating seamlessly with the culinary team.
- Ensuring accurate billing and financial procedures.
- Supporting fellow colleagues and supervisors for smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:- Excellent conversational skills to engage with guests.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in 5-star hotels.
