Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests at the ibis Jeddah City Center. In this role, you will ensure that our customers have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:- Welcome guests and ensure they receive attentive service.
- Present menus and assist with recommendations.
- Receive and place orders, handle payments.
- Maintain organization of pantry and inventory; manage stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with supervisors for guest billing and ensure cleanliness of the area.
Qualifications:- Must possess a service-focused personality.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
