Position Objective:
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for developing, delivering, and communicating visual concepts that promote the brand, products, and services in-store. This role involves training and coaching the store team on visual presentation tasks while managing daily, weekly, and seasonal merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Image: Ensure consistent adherence to brand identity and presentation standards in store windows and inside the store by creating eye-catching displays that also incorporate commercial opportunities.
Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
Develop floor plans to maximize visual impact, arranging merchandise, signage, fixtures, and store layouts.
Document changes in merchandise displays through photography.
Utilize creative lighting in window displays and maximize placement of new merchandise.
Assist in creating store layouts based on product categories and ensure proper merchandising of items.
Collect and review feedback on merchandise displays.
Collaborate closely with operations and brand management teams to drive sales.
Work with the VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
Participate in the pre-opening of stores and conduct timely visits to ensure adherence to brand standards.
Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyles.
