Key Responsibilities:- Provide secretarial and clerical assistance to the department head, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
- Type memos, monthly reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Maintain departmental diary and generate periodic reports of activities.
- Create presentations for educational functions and assist in organizing department activities.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings while ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle telephone communications and organize office work efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with healthcare standards set by accreditation bodies.
- Engage in person-centered care initiatives, enriching patient experience with respect and dignity.
Requirements:- Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Secretary/Assistant, preferably in a hospital setting.
