The Regional Manager will oversee the Saudi and Bahrain offices, ensuring growth and strategic direction in these key markets.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine and oil & gas solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers such as ship owners, operators, contractors, and consultants.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customer support and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to management.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Collaborate with regional and global sales teams.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
- Experience in sales or business development within the marine and oil & gas sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Self-motivated and customer-centric.
