Key Responsibilities:- Conduct recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews to support staffing needs.
- Document feedback and maintain reliable records of applicants.
- Coordinate job fairs and network with university placement offices for candidate sourcing.
- Manage communication and paperwork for new recruits and update recruitment databases accordingly.
- Monitor employees' leaves and attendance, ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Support various HR functions and perform additional tasks as required.
Ideal Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; HR specialization is a plus.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong professional behavior and ethical conduct.
