Your role as an HR Coordinator will support our HR Operations team in various administrative tasks and front desk functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding & New Joiner: Assist with induction workshops, prepare new joiner packs, and manage data administration of new joiner paperwork.
- People Relationships: Support HR partnerships by addressing employee questions on policies, leaves, and compensation.
- Offboarding: Prepare offboarding paperwork and facilitate processes.
- Reporting & SLAs: Maintain BambooHR, manage employee files digitally, and oversee internal HR systems.
- Miscellaneous: Handle travel administration, maintain medical insurance documents, and execute various administrative duties.
Requirements:- Graduate Degree of diploma in HR (optional)
- 0-1 years of experience in HR function
- 0-1 years of administrative experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills in English
- Able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Ability to prioritize and manage work requirements effectively
