Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant to take charge of all aspects of financial management within our team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and promises to be challenging yet rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices.
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly Accounts Payable reports.
- Preparing, auditing, and inputting employee reimbursements.
- Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Preparing and issuing invoices for billing.
- Conducting inventory reconciliation.
- Reconciling travel expenses.
Qualifications and Skills:- A College degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong experience with QuickBooks; familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.
- Proficient in accurate bill entry and reconciliation against Purchase Orders.
- Experience with inventory reconciliation processes.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Knowledge of steel, aluminum, and hardware components is a big plus.
- Experience in logistics and transportation is advantageous.
