Key Responsibilities:- Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen.
- Ensure excellent quality throughout all dessert offerings.
- Bring creativity to the pastry menu and seasonal offerings.
- Supervise and coordinate pastry dessert preparation and presentation.
- Plan production for daily requirements.
- Manage food cost controls to enhance Food and Beverage revenue.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
Candidate Profile:To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef in a high-volume food production environment. We value creativity in your approach to pastry, along with strong supervisory skills and a positive attitude. Good communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
