Experience in procurement and contracting for real estate development projects. Must work with suppliers and contractors, oversee purchase orders, and control costs. - Technical Office Engineer (Design and Quantities):
Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. Responsible for preparing designs, quantity surveying, and funding applications. Experience in residential and commercial building projects is required. - Human Resources (HR):
Manage personnel affairs and recruitment, prepare contracts and employee files, and possess comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations. - Data Entry:
Update and enter project and contract data, proficiently use Excel and administrative systems, and have a high degree of accuracy and speed in execution.
