Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and document all incoming materials as per purchase orders.
• Track and resolve any discrepancies in received orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
• Ensure inventory/supplies are maintained within established levels.
• Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies as necessary.
• Oversee freight handling, equipment movement, and minor repairs.
• Manage supplier relations and facilitate effective communication.
• Create purchase orders and handle low-value procurement activities.
• Manage accountability for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Familiarity with storekeeping and warehousing practices.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unaided and engage in physical labor.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationship management.
