VIP Car Rentals Company is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist in Riyadh. We are committed to providing exceptional service and looking for professionals who share our passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Make outgoing calls as required by the business needs.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services and products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up until closure.
  • Record and update customer information in the company systems.
  • Adhere to work policies and procedures as well as quality standards.
  • Generate periodic reports for the direct supervisor.
  • Achieve performance indicators as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and communication systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the same sector is an advantage.
Required Skills:

  • Ability to persuade and handle different types of customers.
