Key Responsibilities- Handle all cash collections from delivery drivers/couriers and manage petty cash processes according to established procedures.
- Prepare daily cash summary reports and submit them to the Depot Accountant.
- Count cash in the locker at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and reconciliation with daily collection reports and QAD GL balance.
- Prepare bank deposits based on daily collections and deposit them at the bank daily.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Report discrepancies found within the accounts to superiors.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports.
Skills and Qualifications- Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a cashier, preferably in an FMCG or logistics company.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working in an ERP environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
