About the Property:Our Kaynuna Beach Escape in Yanbu is a lively beachfront destination, designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a 200-cover restaurant, private cabanas, and a sports hub among other amenities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping for all hotel transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
- Assist with audits by providing documentation.
Experience & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills; fluency in English is required.
