Key Responsibilities:- Manage guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing regulations
- Ensure thorough knowledge of the menu and all products
- Keep all floor stations well-stocked
- Follow reporting procedures in case of any issues
- Deliver food and beverage orders consistently and promptly
- Adhere to Hilton’s grooming standards
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
What We Are Looking For:A successful Waiter/ess will embody a positive attitude, possess good communication skills, and be committed to delivering high levels of customer service. You should demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Advantageous Experience:- Experience in the Food and Beverage department
- Previous cash handling experience
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
