Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach toward customers.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Adhere to communication scripts and company guidelines.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members for seamless service delivery.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work under pressure and during shifts, including weekends.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
