Key Responsibilities:- Digital Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue across social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Martech & Sales Funnel Optimization: Utilize marketing technology tools to enhance lead nurturing and conversion tracking.
- Project Management: Oversee digital sales projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Work closely with IT teams to ensure optimal website and application performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on digital sales performance to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3+ years in digital sales or performance marketing.
- Proficient in social media ad platforms and PPC.
- Familiar with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills.
