We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to help organize and manage maintenance work within the team. You will be responsible for preparing the work plan, following up on the type and nature of maintenance, as well as distributing tasks among team members. Your responsibilities also include:

• Estimating the quantity and cost of materials needed for maintenance.
• Evaluating the performance and work of the maintenance team and providing feedback.
• Identifying the training needs of your team and developing their skills.
• Preparing and following up on the preventive maintenance program and ensuring its effective implementation.
• Classifying and storing results and reports related to maintenance.
