• Managing archival processing projects and collection digitization.
• Appraising, arranging, and describing both traditional and digital collections.
• Providing guidance to team members during the digital asset ingestion process.
• Contributing to outreach activities to promote the archive.
• Researching and preparing materials for presentations and talks.
• Supervising data quality and ensuring compliance with information governance.
• Creating inventories and catalogues of archival assets.
• Reviewing and updating archival processes and policies.

Minimum Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Archives & Records Management.
• 10+ years of experience in an archive or library.
• Familiarity with metadata schema and digitization processes.
• Experience with relevant technologies such as Preservica and Axiell.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
• ACA certification is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers to handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales documents, quotations, purchase orders, and related paperwork.
• Assist the sales team with order processing, delivery coordination, and customer updates.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM entries.
• Communicate with logistics, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Monitor customer orders, track deliveries, and resolve basic customer concerns.

Mandatory Requirements:
