Join H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. as a Business Analyst in Al Khobar! We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage and update products on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate listings and exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces)
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, IT, customer service)
  • Monitor online sales performance and prepare basic reports
  • Manage promotions, campaigns, and online offers
  • Ensure smooth order processing and resolve platform-related issues
  • Optimize user experience and conversion rates
  • Support marketplace registrations and integrations (*, Trendyol, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS / IS / Computer Science / E-Commerce or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales tools
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Experience Level: Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience (can be adjusted).

Role Overview
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in one or more core finance processes, delivering activities for PwC customers. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, tackling complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order To Cash: Manage cash reconciliations, follow up on credit card settlements, solve customer disputes, and handle collection calls.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, ideally in the Middle East.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent; relevant certifications like ACA, ACCA are advantageous.
  • Proficient in finance/accounting processes and ERP systems (*, SAP).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time within KSA.
