We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to manage and update products on our e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams to enhance our online presence and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces).
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, IT, customer service).
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare basic reports.
• Manage promotions, campaigns, and online offers.
• Ensure smooth order processing and resolve platform-related issues.
• Optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Support marketplace registrations and integrations (*, Trendyol, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS / IS / Computer Science / E-Commerce or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Experience Level: Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience (can be adjusted).

• Answer all incoming calls and connect them to the appropriate extension efficiently and kindly.

• Handle personal wakeup call requests in line with LQA standards.
• Address guests' inquiries and requests, providing assistance or referring them to the relevant departments when necessary.
• In emergencies, serve as the communication center for the hotel.
• Maintain records of Domestic Direct Dial and International Direct Dial communications.
• Monitor TV channels and music in public areas to ensure quality service.
• Keep up-to-date with the telephone directory, emergency procedures, and hotel promotions.
• Maintain a tidy working environment at all times.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the hotel.
