Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Plan Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to capture market share.
  • Revenue Delivery: Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
  • Customer and Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation and Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and represent Blue Spark at industry events.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years in sales and business development in the energy services sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales and negotiating high-value contracts, particularly with Saudi Aramco.

  • Fluent in English, Arabic skills are a plus.
