Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Chief Officer's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handle travel planning and arrangements, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chief Officer, managing communications.
  • Draft and prepare written communications, including emails and memos.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for executive documents.
  • Conduct research to support decision-making processes.
  • Track and process expenses while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide operational support for special projects assigned by the Chief Officer.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, or a related field.
  • 9 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
