About the role: As a Human Resources Manager at KBR, Inc., you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing staffing and learning strategies, while enhancing talent planning and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective HR policies in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Plan and implement HR management and development strategies.
  • Monitor and report on HR issues and development plans.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of HR strategy and performance.
  • Plan performance appraisals and training for employees.
  • Liaise with functional heads to ensure alignment on HR objectives.


Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in human resources management, organizational change management, staffing, and compensation.
