Become a key player in our journey as we aim to be a leader in the Saudi hospitality industry. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to manage and enhance our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll and Benefits Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, manage bonuses, and oversee employee benefits such as health insurance and social security.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee employee performance evaluation programs, track annual objectives, and motivate employees to meet their targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Address employee complaints and disputes, providing guidance on laws and policies.
  • Policy Preparation and Implementation: Ensure adherence to internal policies, update policies in line with legal and economic changes.
  • Training and Development: Organize workshops and training sessions, identify training needs, and coordinate training activities.
  • Employee Affairs Management: Maintain personal employee records, follow up on licenses, holidays, and internal transfers.
