Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations while ensuring DNV’s high standards in safety, quality, and client satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of inspection operations including project planning, resource allocation, and on-site execution.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and DNV’s quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve service delivery.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive new business opportunities, supporting tender processes and market developments.
• Achieve annual budget goals for Revenue, EBIT, and operating cash flow.
• Introduce new service offerings tailored to the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline (*, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering).
• A minimum of 12 years’ experience, including several years in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
• Current or recent experience living and working in the Middle East, ideally in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cash flow management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
