Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer issues related to electronic devices.
• Receive malfunctioning devices and ensure proper handover to the laboratory/technical team.
• Coordinate with customers once devices are repaired and arrange pickup.
• Follow up with customers after device pickup to collect service feedback/surveys.
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth administrative coordination.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Management: Maintain the reception area, answer calls/messages professionally, greet visitors, manage office post and courier deliveries, report maintenance issues.
• Administration: Manage office supplies, implement internal event calendars, update Café monitors, and handle meeting room bookings.
• Internal Communications: Oversee HR communications on platforms such as Instagram and Slack.

Qualifications:

• Minimum secondary education.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
