Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
• Welcoming visitors and greeting them in a distinctive manner.
• Explaining subscription systems, ticket prices, and available services.
• Supervising PC and PS5 devices and tables and providing basic technical support when needed.
• Performing quick initial maintenance and simple repairs on electronic devices when faults occur (PC – PS5 – monitors – connections).
• Following up on the organization and cleanliness within the center.
• Organizing playtime between customers and ensuring compliance with the rules.
• Assisting in organizing events and competitions specific to the center.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality..
• Passionate and interested in the field of electronic games.
• Basic experience in using computers and gaming devices (PC – PS5).
• Basic knowledge in the repair and maintenance of electronic devices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different ages.
• Commitment and discipline in working hours.
• Previous experience in gaming centers or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team spirit and withstand work pressure.
