Duties and Responsibilities:
•Welcoming visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner.
•Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments.
•Scheduling appointments and organizing bookings if necessary.
•Handling incoming and outgoing mail (paper or electronic).
•Coordinating with different departments to meet the needs of visitors or clients.
