About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Sales Engineer with a strong leadership background and solid knowledge of process equipment in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Mining industries. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining records of all Industrial projects and related EPCs.
  • Regular updates to the Business Unit Manager.
  • Achieving agreed annual sales targets.
  • Developing sales opportunities and coordinating with various business lines.
  • Registering with key clients and promoting sales and services.
  • Implementing a 5-year growth strategy.
  • Building good networks with required OEMs.
  • Analyzing costs and techno-commercial proposals.
  • Identifying market conditions and collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in selling Process/Filtration Equipment.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills combined with self-initiative.
  • Experience in building and managing a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
