Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Market Development: Achieve annual sales volume, margin, and collection targets utilizing DMS+ methodology.
  • Expand Distributor Footprint: Strengthen relationships with key accounts and adapt strategies in response to competitor activities.
  • Marketing & Operational Support: Implement marketing plans and provide technical support to distributors.
  • Compliance & Governance: Adhere to HSEQ policies and ensure all activities align with the company’s Code of Ethics.
  • Financial Management: Control overdue accounts and maintain credit exposure.

Candidate Profile:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in lubricants or B2C sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with HSEQ standards and distributor channel dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
