Join Wesco as a Representative - Inside Sales!
As a vital part of our sales team, you will interact with existing customers to enhance sales of the company's products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include obtaining, creating, and up-selling orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adding value to their buying experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain orders through email and telephone, enter details, and communicate delivery expectations.
  • Upsell by suggesting related items and explaining product features.
  • Qualify and develop opportunities from various sources.
  • Improve processes continuously.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
  • Manage and take action on open customer orders.
  • Report industry trends and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel 0%-25%.
