We are looking for a dedicated Telephone Operator to join our Rooms Division, Front Office & Guest Services team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent communication and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming calls, connecting them to the appropriate extensions efficiently and courteously.
  • Accurately take and deliver messages for guests in a timely manner.
  • Handle guest requests regarding 'Do Not Disturb' statuses and personal wake-up calls.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing information or assistance as needed.
  • Manage communications during emergencies, acting as the communication center for the hotel.
  • Maintain and track records of telephone calls and billing for guest phone charges.
  • Ensure the neatness and orderliness of the working area.
  • Stay updated on hotel procedures, promotions, and services.
