About the Role:
This role is focused on driving sales of technology licenses, polyolefins catalysts, and associated services. You will take a lead in renewing existing Contracts and Agreements while promoting Lummus Novolen Polymer Technologies globally.

Duties:
  • Responsible for sales of technology licenses and catalysts.
  • Negotiate agreements for expansion of licensed lines.
  • Support global commercial and marketing strategy development.
  • Maintain relationships with potential clients and senior management involvement.
  • Develop sales strategy and recommend contract terms.
  • Accompany prospects to reference plant visits.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing, technology licensing, or catalyst sales.
  • Previous international marketing/sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness for business trips globally.
