Four Winds Logistics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Khaldiyah second office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the moving manager to oversee and enhance the logistics operations for our valued clients, particularly in the realm of international moving and relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Four Winds Logistics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Khaldiyah second office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the moving manager to oversee and enhance the logistics operations for our valued clients, particularly in the realm of international moving and relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare logistics plans to facilitate the relocation of Four Winds clients.
- Communicate effectively with agents and clients to obtain necessary documentation.
- Establish proper contact with shipping and air lines.
- Coordinate logistics with origin agents and arrange customs clearance.
- Manage formal communications with customs authorities.
- Supervise delivery or storage based on client needs.
- Achieve management’s quarterly and annual quality and sales goals aligned with the company vision.
- Oversee efficient invoicing and collection to ensure smooth cash flow.
- Strong understanding of modern communication management tools and supply chain management.
- Ability to lead and inspire action in a diverse environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Exclusively open to Saudi citizens.
- Female candidates are prioritized (possessing a driving license is advantageous).
- Minimum 1-year experience in administrative roles.
- B2 level in English or a minimum score of 60 in IELTS.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Possession of IATA qualifications is a plus.
- A minimum educational background of a 2-year diploma in administration or equivalent work experience.
