The FAENA Movement, rooted in art, culture, and community, is expanding into Saudi Arabia, marking a new chapter with Faena The Red Sea. This position is vital for supporting our leadership team and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, managing correspondence, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Curate complex schedules including meetings, travel, and VIP engagements.
  • Represent the General Manager with professionalism in communications.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and maintain meticulous records.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, forums, and special events.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Support special projects and leadership engagement activities.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally within luxury hospitality.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and discreet when engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
