Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Execution Management:
- Develop and implement HR plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Set clear priorities and workflows for Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Payroll teams.
- Monitor departmental operations for timely execution of HR programs.
- Process Management & Quality Assurance:
- Supervise payroll operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Streamline recruitment procedures for consistency and quality.
- Maintain records to support transparency and organizational accountability.
- Employee Service & Engagement:
- Be the primary point of contact for HR services ensuring supportive assistance.
- Strengthen employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor employee feedback for continuous improvement of HR services.
- Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Identify and resolve gaps in HR policies and processes.
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decisions on workforce planning.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, coach, and mentor HR staff.
- Set performance expectations and monitor team productivity.
- Organize training programs to bridge skill gaps.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree or HR certification (preferred).
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience with multi-department management exposure.
Skills:
- Proven experience in managing recruitment and employee relations.
- Ability to implement HR policies and manage compliance.
- Experience in corporate or large-scale organizations is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
